Endowment

This program's goal is to remove the burden of team funding from the athletes – eliminating money as a barrier of entry into the sport. Furthermore, this will focus the team solely on academic and athletic performance and promote diversity, enabling the creation of larger and faster teams for CU. This will be the last program to come online, as it will require a lot of human capital for fundraising and financial planning that the organization is not currently capable of while pursuing the Boathouse Program.
